My background in fitness
“…I've been operating as a personal trainer within Pimlico for well over a decade now.
During that time I've travelled up and down the country learning from some of industry leading coaches to find the most effective strategies in helping beginners and intermediates burn body fat and build muscle.
However the fitness industry wasn't my first love; having been a fine artist in my early years before graduating from university as a 2d animator. This life was a long way off from getting in shape, but it's one of the many reasons I'm able to resonate with my client's struggles and difficulties, to help overcome them and reach their fitness goals.
