  • The short answer to this is no! Of course it does help if you do, but most of my clients are relative beginners/intermediates.

    However must have requirements which are a non-negotiable if you want to come out of this journey with amazing results are:

    1. A commitment to the program

    2. Good communication with myself (even during social slip ups)

    3. 100% honesty.

    This way I can guarantee the best plan of action is put in place for you to succeed.

  • Generally you can start to see results within the first 2 weeks provided you are committed 100%. These will be changes you notice physically as well as mentally. However the level of results will vary person to person.

  • Absolutely, I’ve coached clients who prefer to train within their own space and have achieved great results in the process.

    Provided you have certain basic equipment to train with, you should be absolutely fine to train at home. I will gladly discuss what equipment you’d need during your consultation call.

  • I start things off with potential new clients by conducting a free 1-2-1 consultation, either by phone call or in person. Here I will ask multiple questions in order find out specifics regarding your goal and how I propose to help get you there. This process will enable me to determine whether this would be a suitable fit for you, as well as if I feel you would suit my coaching.

  • Once we have determined my online coaching option will be a suitable fit for you, I will have a direct debit form emailed to you right after our call. As soon as this has been completed, you will then receive your coaching questionnaire designed to provide me with more vital information regarding your current starting point. You should receive your program 48 hours after I have gone through the answers within your coaching questionnaire.

  • Although you can obtain a membership, it’s not a necessity.

    If you happen to decide to train with me at DSQ Gym without being a member, there is a subsidised guest fee for each visit, which I simply add to your monthly invoice.

  • I will be the first to put my hands up and say that there are cheaper coaches available, but rather than you simply wasting your money on a coach who’s only selling point is being cheaper, I’ve got some free resources for you that will genuinely help you at least lose some of that initial weight and body fat.

  • As with anything in life, you get what you put in, So whilst I can guarantee my coaching will undoubtedly help you to achieve life changing results, I can’t guarantee your results, as this is determined by the amount of effort you put in.

    But what I can guarantee is that you’ll have me every step of your journey to ensure your efforts are placed in the correct direction for you to gain maximum results for the effort you put in.
